North Korea said on Wednesday it had tested a new lightweight multi-purpose missile launch system and a multiple tactical cruise missile weapon system a day earlier, under the supervision of leader Kim Jong Un. South Korea’s military said the North fired several projectiles, including a ballistic missile, that flew about 80 km (50 miles).
