Iran’s military has said it targeted an airport used by the US in Bahrain in response to US attacks.
The Iranian military said on Saturday the attack drones struck “aircraft shelters and parking areas, US military fuel storage tanks at Sheikh Isa Air Base, as well as several connecting bridges in Bahrain”, the Iranian military said on Saturday, the state broadcaster reported.
It added that the base was “one of the most important operational and logistics centers” for the US military in the area.

Jordan says 10 Iranian missiles shot down
The Jordanian military said Saturday morning that an Iranian missile barrage was neutralized without causing any casualties or material damage.
“Air defense systems … intercepted and shot down 10 Iranian missiles that entered Jordanian airspace and targeted the kingdom’s territory,” the army said in a statement.
Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti Army wrote on Twitter that it is facing missile and drone attacks due to Iran’s aggression. He also warned that explosions could be heard due to “intercepting of enemy targets by air defense systems”.
Just hours earlier, the Iranian military claimed to have targeted US military targets in the region, including ammunition depots in Kuwait and fuel tanks at the strategic Al-Azraq base in Jordan.

Iran warns that ‘no political border will be safe’ if US attacks continue
Major General Mohsen Rezaei, a senior military adviser to Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, told Iranian media that Tehran would change tactics if the US does not stop its attacks soon.
“If the American attacks continue for several more days, we will move into the phase of full-scale offensive operations,” said Rezaei, who once headed Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.
“Iran will no longer limit itself to retaliatory action, tit-for-tat reaction… and no political border will remain safe,” he was quoted as saying by Iranian news agency IRIB.
His comments came hours before Iran reportedly launched attacks on US military bases in Kuwait and Jordan.

US military says it has ended seventh night of attacks on Iran
The US military launched strikes against Tehran’s “surveillance sites, military logistics infrastructure, underground weapons storage and maritime capabilities”, the seventh day of renewed hostilities between the two sides.
The Pentagon said it was still enforcing a full naval blockade against Iranian ports.
“More than 50,000 U.S. service members are operating in the Middle East and remain alert, lethal and ready,” CENTCOM wrote in a statement.
CENTCOM also refuted an Iranian statement that two oil tankers had caught fire after hitting mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
Earlier, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said two ships exploded after trying to navigate “by misguiding US intelligence agencies”.

The US also said its naval blockade of Iranian ports would remain in effect.
Iran, in turn, has attacked US military bases in the region and claims it relied on “misleading US intelligence agencies” that led to the explosion of two tankers near the Strait of Hormuz.
Maj. Gen. Mohsen Rezaei, a senior military adviser to supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei, warned that Iran “will no longer limit itself to a reaction, such as a retaliatory strike” and instead will go on the offensive if the U.S. campaign against it drags on.
Stay tuned for the latest developments from Iran and the Middle East as the fighting continues.
