The first edition of the “Barefoot – European Shoe Fair” will take place from July 31st to August 3rd, 2025. This is organized by Messe Offenbach together with the HDSL Federal Association of the Shoe and Leather Goods Industry. Around 60 German and international exhibitors are planned for the first edition; the offering includes barefoot shoes for women, men and children. The first two days are reserved exclusively for trade visitors, while end consumers can also visit the trade fair on the following days. According to the company’s own information, Barefoot is the first trade fair platform in Europe dedicated exclusively to barefoot shoes. Further details are expected to be announced on January 16th.
