US President Donald Trump told his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky on the sidelines of the NATO summit Wednesday that the US would grant Ukraine a license to manufacture its own Patriot air-defense systems. Patriot interceptor missiles are the only tool in Kyiv’s arsenal that can shoot down Russia’s deadly ballistic missiles.
