US President Donald Trump on Wednesday issued an executive order director State Marco Rubio to recreate foreign service to ensure “loyal and effective implementation” of Trump’s foreign policy agenda.

“The Secretary must maintain the exceptional workforce of the patriots to effectively implement this policy,” read the order.
“The secretary will in line with the applied law, the firing will improve the firing service and administration of foreign relations to ensure loyal and effective implementation of the President’s foreign policy.”
The Executive Order says that the State Secretary will implement reforms in recruitment, demonstration, evaluation and retention standards “to ensure a workforce that is committed to the loyal implementation of the President’s forward policy.”
So said that the secretaries can re -prepare the programs of the Foreign Service Institute and can revise or change the manual of foreign affairs.
A few hours after assuming office on January 20, Trump ordered a freeze for most US foreign aids to ensure that it was aligned with his “America First” policies.
Following the order, USAID employees were placed on leave and stated that not to report to work at the agency’s headquarters, where the signals were covered or removed in tapes. The Usaid website stopped working, and Rubio was named acting administrator.
