Puma and Brooks end a legal dispute

Puma and Brooks have settled the legal dispute over the running shoes that are supposed to violate Puma patent and trademark rights. This emerges from current documents before a federal court in Washington in the United States of America. As the Reuters news agency reports, both parties applied for rejection of the lawsuits with pristine in Seattle in mid -February, which means that no further complaints can be submitted to the property. According to the companies, the dispute was settled under confidential conditions.

In 2022, Puma Brooks sued and claimed that an advertising campaign by the accused called “Nitro” for his running shoes violated the rights of Puma on this name. Puma also stated that Brooks would hurt flavors with the shoes, which would protect the foam formation technology used by Puma in his nitro shoes. Brooks rejected the allegations until the end.
