1. NBCC

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between (India) Limited and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) to collaborate to develop a prime land parcel of MTNL in New Delhi. The project is worth around Rs 1,600 crore.

2. SBI

The bank has informed the stock exchanges that Bank SBI Indonesia (BSBII), the overseas banking subsidiary of State Bank of India in Indonesia (SBI holds 99.56 per cent stake), has proposed to issue preference shares to PT Bank KEB Hana, Indonesia for the purpose of regulatory compliance of meeting the minimum 1 per cent local shareholding requirement.

3. Hajur Multi Projects Limited

The company has been awarded a work order from NHAI to act as user fee collection agency at Mulvad FP for widening to 2 lanes with paved shoulders from Km 4.4 to Km 56 of NH 218 Bijapur Hubli section in the state of Karnataka. The project value is Rs. 2.59 crore.

4. Max Healthcare

The Board of Directors of ET Planners Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has approved the voluntary liquidation of ET Planners to consolidate its business with its immediate holding company (Alps Hospital Limited), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Max Healthcare.

5. HPCL

The company board has approved two projects. The Rs 2,212 crore Visakh Raipur Pipeline Project, which will build a pipeline from Visakh to Raipur and a depot at Kantabanji to help in the movement of products from the Visakh Refinery, and the Visakh Refinery Modernisation Project, cost revised to Rs 30,609 crore, to be completed by October 2024.

6. Adani Ports

The company has signed a concession agreement with the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) to develop berth number 13 at Kandla in Gujarat. A new subsidiary, DPA Container and Clean Cargo Terminal Ltd, will take over operations. APSEZ received the LOI in July 2024 for a 30-year concession to develop and operate the berth under the DBFOT model. The 300-metre berth with a 5.7 MMT annual capacity is expected to be operational by FY27.

7. Wipro

The company has informed exchanges that it is helping JFK International Air Terminal (JFKIAT) develop a cloud data strategy using Microsoft’s Azure Data Platform. The three-year project, scheduled to begin in 2023, aims to improve passenger queuing, optimize staffing, consolidate security data, and track sustainability metrics.

8. Nazara Technologies

The company has announced the acquisition of a 15.86 percent stake in GetStan Technologies Pvt Ltd, an esports community platform in India. Nazara will acquire the stake in STAN in an all-cash secondary transaction for Rs 18.4 crore.

9. Ramkrishna Forgings

The Company has sold its 100 per cent equity stake in Globe All India Services Limited, after debt, to Yatra Online Limited for Rs 128 crore, pursuant to the SPA terms.

10. GE T&D India

The company has received an order from Grid Solutions for supply and supervision of high voltage products.
