Absolute Teamsport opens store in Dresden

The expansion continues: Absolute Teamsport will soon be celebrating the opening of another location. From September 30th, Rico Haubold, who currently runs his sports shop of the same name in Dresden, among other places, will reopen it under the specialist’s concept. Team sports and fitness items will be offered in “a spacious sales area”, complemented by professional advice from experienced staff. The highlight of the store is a 14 sqm LED wall. The Haubold sports store also has its own finishing and printing facilities; with these, the retailer can offer customers tailor-made products.

“The opening of the Dresden store is another important step in Absolute Teamsport’s large-scale expansion strategy. Rico Haubold has been one of our team sport experts for many years and is an absolute expert in the industry. We are very proud to have convinced him of the Absolute Teamsport concept and to now welcome him to our family,” says Alexander Löbe, Absolute Teamsport Managing Director and Head of the Sport 2000 Teamsport Division.

The unofficial opening of the new store in the Heinz Steyr Stadium in Dresden took place on August 29th. Numerous guests from the industry, Sport 2000 and representatives of the city of Dresden were invited to the event. “Our business is our greatest passion. Alexander Löbe and his team have our full trust. We are certain that our Absolute Partnership is the right step towards the future,” says Rico Haubold.
