The World Health Organization’s annual summit kicked off on May 18, the first since the United States and Argentina with Drew from the organization. The departures have reduced WHO’s funding by a fifth. The summit also takes place amid an Ebola outbreak in DR Congo and the recent hantavirus crisis.
