The legendary Argentine rock singer Carlos Alberto “el Indio” Solari passed away today, June 5, 2026, at the age of 77. But, the artist’s image remains preserved in the digital environment through a non-fungible token (NFT) issued on the Polygon network.

In addition to the image of the leader of Patricio Rey and his Redonditos de Ricota, the collection included figures of the stature of Charly García, Diego Maradona, Luis Alberto Spinetta and the band Soda Stereo.
The physical departure of Indio Solari closes one of the most important chapters of Argentine music, but opens a new stage for his memory.
