The Iranian football team have this week criticized their treatment in the US, with the team’s head coach saying they’re being ‘oppressed’ at the World Cup. Iran – one of four countries that have been hit by a travel ban – have faced restrictions, visa complications, and logistical disruptions linked to the war in the Middle East.
